A dwarf, extremely narrow cone of blue-grey juvenile foliage.  Very tight and compact plant that grows about 3 inches a year.  Mature at 4 ft.  Foliage is so tight that it is hard to distinguish individual branches.  Evergreen.    Zones 5-9
